From the beginning of pregnancy, through preparing for birth and into everyday life with your child, motherhood can bring you face to face with parts of yourself you haven’t met before.
Perhaps you are pregnant and already noticing fears, doubts or strong emotions coming to the surface. As you prepare for birth, other people’s stories or uncertainty about your own choices may make it harder to hear your own voice.
Perhaps breastfeeding brings feelings you weren’t expecting. Or anger rises with your child so strongly that you wonder:
Why am I reacting this way, when I want to do it differently?
You care deeply. You want to make conscious choices. Yet in certain moments, something inside you takes over.
Motherhood can be a catalyst for getting to know yourself—and that work can begin long before your child is in your arms.
What frightens you. What you need. Where you silence your voice. And what the child within you still needs to have heard.
I accompany women through pregnancy, preparation for birth and everyday motherhood. Together, we begin exactly where you are—with practical support for today and space to explore what lies underneath.
You tell me your story. I listen for what repeats, where you lose yourself, and what might be asking for your attention beneath the anger, fear or resistance.
My gift is recognising patterns that are difficult to see from inside them, and putting them into words you can feel. Together, we explore their roots.
This is where shadow work begins: getting to know the parts of yourself you have learned to hide, silence or push away.
Alongside that deeper work, I offer practical guidance for the passage you are in. During pregnancy, we make room for the changes, emotions and fears that arise as you become a mother. In preparing for birth, we explore your wishes and boundaries, and how to communicate the support you need. In everyday motherhood, we look at how to meet difficult moments with your child, hold boundaries and bring more steadiness into your day.
You need room to breathe and feel supported while we explore what is underneath.
As you recognise what is happening within you, more space opens to choose how you respond.
You feel your needs and boundaries more clearly. You learn to listen to your anger and take responsibility for how you express it. You begin to trust your body, your voice and your knowing.
During pregnancy, you begin to understand what your fears are touching in you and recognise the support you need. You can approach birth with greater self-trust, clearer choices and the confidence to ask for what you need, including when circumstances change.
With your child, that same awareness helps you lead with warmth and clarity, recognise when old patterns take over, and repair when things go wrong.
There will still be difficult days. But you begin to meet them with more understanding, more choice and a stronger connection to yourself.
This is the gold I speak of: the freedom that becomes possible when you can see what once ran your life unseen.

You don’t need an expert. You need someone who sees you, hears you, and walks next to you.
When you work with me, I open my space and my energetic field for you. Like a cocoon: warm, gentle, a place where you can bring what is difficult to say aloud.
The feelings you are ashamed of. The fears you haven’t shared. The moments you wish had gone differently. You can bring them here. I will meet you with honesty and compassion.
We go at your pace, with room to pause and integrate. I hold you with my attention and keep pointing you back to your own knowing.
I show you where to look. The steps are yours to take. I walk next to you, never above you.

The heart of our work is daily contact through video messages on Marco Polo.
You bring one thing each day: a feeling that has surfaced during pregnancy, a fear about your upcoming birth, a difficult moment with your child, a question or something you noticed in yourself. I respond once, with reflection, practical guidance, an embodiment practice or a question to take into your day.
You have space to practise and let what you discover become part of how you live. Our Zoom calls deepen what emerges in that daily contact.
Your life becomes the place where the work takes root.
20 minutes · No cost · No commitment
Tell me what is happening for you. Ask your questions, meet me and feel whether you would like me beside you in this work.
Together, we explore whether this support is right for you.
Most women start with the call. You can also book any of these directly.
One session on Zoom, 90 minutes to 2 hours. You tell me your story, and I show you what I see underneath it: the pattern, the protector, the part of you that is still waiting. You leave with clarity you cannot unsee, and a first step into your body. For many women, this one conversation moves more than months of thinking.
This session is also for the moment when you are stuck. When a fear, a decision or a situation has you in its grip and you keep circling it. When you need someone to look at it with you now, not in three weeks.
Someone who has walked this ground, who can hold a wider view than the one you can reach from inside it, and who is simply on your side. You come with the thing that has you. You leave able to see around it.
Five days of daily contact plus one Zoom session. For a specific threshold: the last weeks before your birth, a decision you are carrying, a rough patch with your child. Short, focused, held.
Many women take this in the run-up to a birth, when the questions become concrete and the fears come closer. Five days is long enough for something to move, and short enough to say yes to when everything else feels full.
This is the heart of my work. A month inside the cocoon.
Every day you bring me one moment, in a short video, right when it happens. I witness you, or I give you an embodiment tool, or one thought to carry through the day. Pregnancy and motherhood both meet you daily, so I am there daily. On top of that, we meet twice on Zoom to go deep into what has surfaced.
This is the month some women choose to prepare for a birth, and others choose in the middle of everyday life with their child. The work is the same either way: it happens inside your real days.
A month like this changes you, because the work happens inside your real days, not next to them. You come out knowing yourself in a way you cannot go back from.
